 IJOI (ISSN 1943-1813) is an international, interdisciplinary, open-access, double - blind, peer - reviewed journal. The Innovation related topics include management & organizational development themes, as well as engineering & IT (See BACK ISSUES to view past topics).

Aims & Scope - The journal is designed to be of benefit to scholars, researchers, students, practitioners, policy-makers and consultants. It is published quarterly with submissions accepted continually.

IJOIs’ hallmarks include timely reviews (usually less than three weeks) of a wide variety of innovation related research & scholarship, from both the researcher and practitioner perspectives. Also, the articles published in the Journal have NO PAGE LENGTH RESTRICTIONS!!

IJOI is listed in EI/INSPEC, ProQuest, Index Copernicus, Cabell's & Ulrich's databases and is internationally distributed by EBSCOhost and other international electronic distributors. 

IJOI is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Double Blind Peer Review - All articles are sent for a double blind peer review. However, besides giving a decision on publication, the reviewers also make suggestions for improving the submission. Thus, authors are given both a summative and formative evaluation of their submission. Another service provided by IJOI is editing of articles to ensure that all articles meet author writing guidelines and to improve use of the English language. Submissions are welcome from all scholars and practitioners with an innovative idea or process!! Submissions from students are welcome.
